How To save , Cut , Copy & Paste In Word ?


·         Here are some steps that will teach you, how to save a file in Microsoft word 2007.
These steps are necessary so in case of any technical difficulties we won’t loss our data:


1.       You should save the data after every small interval, so you can do it by clicking ctrl+S key and a windows will appear on your computer screen.

2.       Now this window contain different buttons and different tabs that are showing you the path in your hard disk that are available for you to save your data in it, on the top left corner there is word “save in”, this is showing you the path where your file is going to be stored.
3.       The file name folder is showing you the name or phrase by which your file will be saved in the computer. So you can search that file from windows search bar easily.
4.       Once you have saved the document at 1st stage , now by just pressing Ctrl+S this document will be saved at the position where it was saved initially. (Means you don’t have to choose the path again to save the file). 



·         How to Cut + Copy & Paste a file in word:
1st thing 1st we have to select the data that we want to cut. By left clicking from the start and dragging the mouse till the desired position the whole data in between is selected as shown:

Secondly by right clicking on the selected data we can open a window that gives us several options of Cut, Copy, Paste, Font, paragraph e.t.c.

By clicking on cut this data will not be allowed to be duplicate and by clicking copy you can have the data in your current document as well as your destination.
The paste button will be activated when ever you cut or copy a data. Other wise it will be freeze. And you can also cut or copy images in word document. This can also be done just by right clicking on the image and select the cut or copy button as you desire and paste it at the desired document.

Short Keys:
Copy = Ctrl+C , Paste = Ctrl+P , Cut = Ctrl+X
